AD9361 evaluation system

StrongFirst tested AD9361 Reference Board (AD-FMCOMMS3-EBZ) with our TCXO5032 as external reference clock, and measured TCXO phase noise and TXLO integrated phase noise, and confirmed whether the noise matches AD9361 data sheet at 800MHz and 2.4GHz.

Reference clock Phase Noise characteristics

Phase Noise data is as follows:

- TCXO5032 40MHz with Filter
- ADI Expected spec for 40MHz

Conclusion: TCXO5032 40MHz with Filter is qualified by ADI data sheet.

AD9361 TX LO Integrated Phase Noise

♦ LO=700MHz to 900MHz, TCXO frequency=19.2MHz

Conclusion: Our measurement result is qualified by ADI spec sheet.
